Pros
While the company has doubled since I have started, we still manage to have that family vibe. Many learning/educational opportunities, especially for new grads. Cons
Can be high volume (also a pro, though!) As anywhere, staffing can fluctuate -while these can be cons, issues are quickly identified and address/rectified
