Positive work environment but demands long hours - Nurse Practitioner Midwest Express Clinic Employee Review

Midwest is a place where you can really grow, make an impact, and work alongside some amazing people. It’s not a place where you just clock in and out — you’re part of something that’s evolving. If you like a fast-paced environment, being challenged, and having a voice in helping shape things, this can be a great place to work and make it your dream job. Like anywhere, there are areas to improve, but the mission and the people are what make it special.

I’ve been with Midwest Express Clinic for about 3 years, and it’s been a great experience. The company has a diverse and welcoming environment where employees are treated like part of a family. It’s refreshing to work for an organization that genuinely values teamwork, respect, and providing quality care to patients. One of the biggest strengths of the company is its upper management. They are approachable, supportive, and willing to listen to employee feedback. You can tell they care about the success of both the clinics and the people who work there, and they do a great job of creating a positive work environment. The HR team has also been excellent to work with. They’re professional, responsive, and always willing to help with questions or concerns. They’ve made onboarding, communication, and employee support a smooth process. Overall, I’m grateful to be part of Midwest Express Clinic and would recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, team-oriented workplace with strong leadership and opportunities to grow.
