I've been with Midwest Express Clinic 2 years now and I must say this has been the BEST Medical Assistant position that I've held so far . Everyone has the opportunity to advance within this company . We also work 12 hour shifts here which I personally love .Management really cares about the well being of the staff . This company is extremely family oriented and very understanding .

Cons

Working here is definitely challenging , but hard work pays off . Midwest Express Clinic will definitely bring out the BEST in you .

I’ve been with Midwest Express Clinic for about 3 years, and it’s been a great experience. The company has a diverse and welcoming environment where employees are treated like part of a family. It’s refreshing to work for an organization that genuinely values teamwork, respect, and providing quality care to patients. One of the biggest strengths of the company is its upper management. They are approachable, supportive, and willing to listen to employee feedback. You can tell they care about the success of both the clinics and the people who work there, and they do a great job of creating a positive work environment. The HR team has also been excellent to work with. They’re professional, responsive, and always willing to help with questions or concerns. They’ve made onboarding, communication, and employee support a smooth process. Overall, I’m grateful to be part of Midwest Express Clinic and would recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, team-oriented workplace with strong leadership and opportunities to grow.
