Pay isn’t always the best depending on position

Meaningful work that will make you feel accomplished and like you make a difference can get attached to individuals very easily

Despite the recent pay increase they're still on the low end of the scale compared to other companies that do the same work. After transitioning from dsp to manager your life completely belongs to your job. You are unable to make plans of any kind because youn are always on call to cover shifts for call off or individual's er visits. The manager's immediate supervisor ,called a PC does not do much to help a manager if they are needed for questions or help covering a shift becsuse thel PC is a salaried position and theybdo not get paid for the extra work. Leaving the manager to simetimes to work to 20 or a day and almost never almost never answers their phone. Workplace gossip is over the top especially at the office no one is safe from rumors.
