Pros

None nope zero no zilch Nothing empty

Cons

Punching in 2 minutes late due to weather then getting a point. Punching in two mins earlier and getting a point for it. Using 30 mins of PTO bc you can’t use 15 mins of PTO. Not being a male. Not being a white male. No advancement unless someone dies. Hopefully no one dies bc you do not have paid bereavement leave. Warehouse is allowed to use crude language towards women. incompetent managers are safe if uppers can make into a running joke. Turn over is questionablely high. Very low pay $45K.

Pros

One of the best things about working here is the company's size — it's small enough that every employee has a voice and can contribute to meaningful changes. You never feel like just a number. There's a strong, family-oriented culture that makes the workplace feel welcoming and supportive. There are also plenty of opportunities for professional growth and development. Leadership is approachable and genuinely open to connecting with employees at all levels, which fosters a strong sense of transparency and collaboration. The company operates in a recession-resistant industry and continues to experience steady growth, which adds to job stability and long-term career potential. Overall, it's a great place to build a career.

Cons

The company's fast-paced growth, while exciting, can sometimes lead to growing pains. At times, it can be difficult to keep up with the changes and maintain consistency across teams and processes.

Pros

Not many. It really changed for the worse after owner retired

Cons

Leadership went downhill quickly. Not sure who’s running the company right now. Hopefully a change was made
