      I am unable to indentify any "pros" to working at this company.

      Cons

      * Company politics running rampant within the organizaiton, leading to inadequate and unequal workplace practices. * Inconsistent leadership approaches. * Antagonistic and unfriendly work environment. * Unprofessional conduct. * Health Insurance is self insured - copays and deductibles expensive * PTO is "use it," or "lose it," with no carry over into the next year, even if just to the first quarter * No dedicated sick time - it's incorporated into the PTO provided
