Pros

The company has a decent benefits package.

Cons

Managers are not allowed to make any decisions. All decisions, even petty ones, are required to be approved by the company president, which ends up taking days, weeks, months. Compensation is really low compared to similar positions in the Twin Cities.

Pros

One of the best things about working here is the company's size — it's small enough that every employee has a voice and can contribute to meaningful changes. You never feel like just a number. There's a strong, family-oriented culture that makes the workplace feel welcoming and supportive. There are also plenty of opportunities for professional growth and development. Leadership is approachable and genuinely open to connecting with employees at all levels, which fosters a strong sense of transparency and collaboration. The company operates in a recession-resistant industry and continues to experience steady growth, which adds to job stability and long-term career potential. Overall, it's a great place to build a career.

Cons

The company's fast-paced growth, while exciting, can sometimes lead to growing pains. At times, it can be difficult to keep up with the changes and maintain consistency across teams and processes.

Pros

Not many. It really changed for the worse after owner retired

Cons

Leadership went downhill quickly. Not sure who’s running the company right now. Hopefully a change was made
