      Family friendly company, actually listen to you as a sales rep, you have the opportunity to learn as much as you want, and have the ability to work as hard as you want to.

      Cons

      Can be slow in making big changes, some co-workers are hard to deal with, you are up against some larger distributors that focus on corporate accounts (but that is also a plus)

      Not many. It really changed for the worse after owner retired

      Leadership went downhill quickly. Not sure who’s running the company right now. Hopefully a change was made
