Pros

Free services, great co-workers, good benefits, and a friendly work enviroment are just of the few "Pros" to working at Milan Laser. They abide by best business practices, and are very fair to their customers (a rarity in this industry). Managers are flexible, and compensation is good.

Cons

All fast-growing companies have growing pains. Change is (and will be) the norm at Milan for the foreseeable future. This can be frustrating for some people.

Pros

Working at Milan was most enjoyable when you had a strong, supportive team. The relationships with coworkers made the days fun, and I really enjoyed the consultative side of sales—getting to know clients, helping them feel more confident, and being part of their journey. It was rewarding to build genuine connections while working for a company with a strong brand and quality service.

Cons

Just about everything else :( The lack of support from upper management was the biggest challenge. Our Regional Sales Manager was responsible for too many clinics, which made it difficult to receive the guidance and support our team needed. When our Clinic Manager went on maternity leave, I was expected to take on many of those responsibilities with little direction or assistance. After she decided not to return, I wasn't even given the opportunity to interview for the Clinic Manager position despite stepping up during that transition. The experience left me feeling undervalued, unsupported, and overlooked, especially after the additional responsibilities I had taken on.
