Position is way oversold during the interview process. They make it seem like a dream job. This can’t be farther from the truth. You are expected to close 80% of the consults you see. The other KPI’s are also ridiculously high. Management bullies you constantly if you’re not making your goals. If you don’t achieve them in consecutive months your job is on the line. All of your consultations are watched and listened to by management. You and your consult guests have zero privacy. They even want you to do all your calls and follow ups with the camera on. This is so they can dissect everything you say and critique it. Zero work life balance. I spent lots of nights and weekends catching up on administrative work if I was booked with consultations all day. Company sales approach is very “used car salesman”. You are expected to lie to clients about promotions “that will never happen again”. You are forbidden to give pricing unless they book a consultation. If they don’t purchase, for whatever reason, it’s goes against you. Be expected to call and harass customers constantly to get them to reconsider. The company is very “cult-like”. If you don’t drink the kool-aid you will be treated poorly. This includes suggesting more transparent business practices. If you value being authentic over greed, this job isn’t for you. Note: Upper management holds contests to see which clinics can post the most positive reviews here. So that should give you an idea of how credible those reviews are!
