Pros
-amazing job if you are fully staffed, have a team that gets along, can hit goals each month, and ignore corporate politics -some regionals are incredible, some are not which makes or breaks your experience working day to day -selling LHR is pretty fun and life changing for a lot of people
Cons
-lack of support from corporate -constant changes that impact pay -contracts don't exist (anyone can cancel their package and it is deducted from your pay, also your offer letter means nothing and pay rates can change just because) -extremely low base salary for managers and insanely low hourly rate for client specialists -company doesn't uphold core values and mission as promised, even though they say they do -be ready to pivot at any second, corporate laid off dozens of people this year, but opened another 30 locations -money means everything to the owners/investors and they don't care about anything other than revenue -you are replaceable
