Opportunity to work on variety of projects given relative lack of paralegals. Smart, dedicated attorneys and helpful staff. Holiday parties were fun.
Cons
HR is gossipy and at times overbearing (taking walks around the office to make sure people are doing their assigned work) and this approach to "leadership" trickles down to workforce.
