      Pros

      People are nice and the work is flexible; among the best cultures of a law firm (still a law firm)

      Cons

      Work declining, work is on short term contracts, no bonuses or pay increases; you could make more money in other industries without the stress/demanding nature inherent of all work in the legal industry

      Flexible hrs, ability to work Remotely, staff is friendly

      Cons

      very cheap with salary. Raises and bonuses are awful. while they let you work remote, expect to be “on-call” 24/7. Very disorganized as well.
