      Flexible hrs, ability to work Remotely, staff is friendly

      Cons

      very cheap with salary. Raises and bonuses are awful. while they let you work remote, expect to be “on-call” 24/7. Very disorganized as well.

      Very easy going office environment, and great place to learn.

      Cons

      Fairly unorganized when I first started. Major restructuring has happened recently vastly improving this.
