Pros
This company does a good job of providing resources such as showers and food to homeless people everyday. It feels good to come to work knowing that you are helping people make it another day.
Cons
This company is all about helping the homeless but they dot even pay their employees a livable wage to make sure that they can maintain a home. HR will short your checks. Management will fire employees unjustly. Not to mention the multiple times management has cause traumatic events to happen to guest in the name of covering their own as*. Our guest deal with a multitude of mental health crisis and only having the resource to call the police is not healthy or trauma informed. White men make more that other minorities in this company. Would not recommend to anyone who actually wants to help the homeless.
