Thank you for your review and feedback. We have a open door policy and would of loved to have address any concerns or questions you had when you were employed. We always go above and beyond for our employees and we love the work we do. In regard to the Family Preservation Center, we don't have control of contractors and renovation timelines are always subject to change. As of April 2024 it has been opened. Office space was supported during that time. In regard to the grant, we follow a process and inform all staff when a grant is changing and always support staff in continuing on another grant. And if you had questions regarding this, we would of loved to clarify anything for you. We want all staff to be enjoy the work they do, and strive to provide a great work environment and culture. All resources are carefully and appropriately allocated. In regard to leadership they are held to same standards as all employees and all policies and procedures. If you had an issue, would of loved to been able to address any concerns you had. As we cannot address any matters if they are not brought to our attention.
