Pros

- Free training before I was even hired through Miles University - Co-workers are intelligent and helpful. Google Hangouts allows co-workers in other states to help too. - Friendly environment - Free food every day - Productive days that are never boring - Company very organized with tasks and calendars - Workers are constantly being recognized on our newsfeed - Plenty of room for advancement. Sometimes positions are created for people based on their skills - Vendor-neutral so I know I will learn a lot about using all different types of hardware and software - Discounts for buying different hardware and software - Flexible shifts with possibility for pay increase for later shifts. - No time sheets so no need to document exact minute I go to lunch and come back - Possibility to work from home if needed - Cell phone bill reimbursement for certain positions. Discount through Verizon - Competitive pay for entry-level job - Moorestown office is near mall and good places to eat if you don't want food from kitchen. - Rigorous hiring process so I know co-workers aren't jerks. Lol - Bonuses for getting certifications. Free training through Rowan University and testing is paid for if you get certified. - Tuition reimbursement - Gym membership reimbursement - Casual dress code

Cons

- Not enough time in the day to get everything completed - Overwhelming at first for anyone new to IT field - Health insurance is expensive if you want more than individual coverage

Pros

Family comes first here at Miles IT. I work from home because I have kids in school and kids with special needs. Miles IT offers the flexibility I need to take care of them. Miles IT offers great opportunities for advancement and expanding your knowledge. Everyone I work with is super friendly, and we all strive to support and help each other succeed. We may have many divisions, but we are all one company, and we ensure each other's success.

Cons

Sometimes, I work a bit longer hours because I am so engaged in something that I can't stop until I'm done. (maybe that is my ADHD talking)

Pros

Great place for IT beginners. They put family first and offer great flexibility with work-from-home shift timings. It’s a great environment for learning new skills and gaining hands-on technical exposure.

Cons

The company suffers from poor workload management, continuously loading tasks onto overwhelmed employees while senior staff are too busy to offer timely help. Management fails to value seasoned employees, routinely ignoring their feedback and opinions. Instead, the culture leans into unnecessary micromanagement, where employees are constantly criticized for petty mistakes that do not impact the customer, leaving staff feeling unappreciated. Combined with the complete absence of an HR department to address behavioral issues, this creates a highly stressful and toxic work environment.
