Pros
Training experience, internal customer service, free food for breakfast and lunch (and dinner if you hang around), in-house ski-ball / pool / gym / basketball court / etc, family first priority, PTO, team-driven mentality, management's willingness to commit to your development as a professional, flexibility with coverage, but most importantly... the tools you will use at Miles internally provide you with capabilities beyond what you would expect. If you are honest, forthcoming, committed, and follow procedure, and you will never "work" here a day in your life.
Cons
Some on-call rotations for IT support are slim, but are far outweighed by the overwhelming benefits of working here.
