Pros
CEO really cares for our team members and their futures, and its true! There is no smoke and mirrors, just take the time to have a few conversations or hear of others experiences and it will be evident. Team members care about each other. Fast paced challenging environment that keeps you active/busy, making the days go by fast with a lot of learning opportunities. Your empowered with the ability to make suggestions and provide feedback across all channels to help improve the organization. Keeping quiet is pretty much frowned upon. Stocked Fridge, Workout Equipment, and fun stuff like pool/ping pong tables, pinball machine etc. promote good health and the ability to take a "breather" in the event that you end up in a stressful situation. Career advancement paths and opportunities are almost always available for those that want to work for it. There have even been instances where new positions have been created.
Cons
We are a rapidly growing company. We do a great job as a services organization which promotes the same. The "Con" in this for me is not being able to build a relationship with everyone in the office.
