1. Good tech stack - still empowers employees to take initiative despite the size of the company 2. Relatively flat for the scale 3, Firm is supportive of internal transfers (personally benefited from this) 4. Relatively more forgiving than other shops
Cons
1. Increasingly political work environment (comes with scale) 2. Less benefits than competitors in the industry (still very good compared to other companies)
