Management is a little crazy

You can do whatever you want.

They allow theft, time card fraud, drug use, and have no sense of what professionalism and integrity truly mean. Certain employees are protected all the way to the top. Tool control is a joke. Paperwork is questionable at best. Troubleshooting is done by throwing parts at the aircraft. Management is completely clueless. They have the worst reputation in Houston and it shows why. They lost all their outside customers, vendors won’t sell directly to them anymore, and their cost and timeframe of getting a simple phase out is at minimum 2 times what it should be. You don’t want this company on your resume.
