Line service techs complain about their pay as well $1.00 raises and that’s why many do not stay Pay your employees well and you will have employees who will speak good about your company, and want to refer people to come work there or want to stay but look at their current rating, almost a 3 stars. Its bad. It cost more effort and time to train new employees vs taking care of your employees and having them stay with you longer. Quality employees not new hires every day lol
