where to begin... very sexist of the female CSRs, required to ALWAYS wear makeup, heels, hair professionally salon done every day or you get written up. if you pose a threat to management they will set you up and fire you....... even though you don't have any write ups. It hasn't just happened to me but several other people. No matter what you do it will NEVER be good enough. Management has unrealistic expectations for a low paying job. Forced overtime, yet scolded for having overtime. Got into my personal life and scolded for private affairs even though it didn't affect my work. Constantly accused of other's mistakes. Constantly changing rules to fit the current manger's mood. The list goes on and on, the Management was and always will be the problem.
