Cons
The environment is chaotic, heavily influenced by politics. Success is less about your dedication or the quality of your work and more about pleasing a select few with power. Teamwork is poor, and there’s a lack of a cohesive vision. Some individuals exhibit toxic behavior, even causing emotional distress. Leadership is weak, and stability is lacking. As the company loses its competitive edge, redundancies are becoming more frequent and numerous.
