Pros

Lunches, no accountability (From all the way up) This is good for someone to go to work and actually do nothing....I mean that...NOTHING. You will not be fired, you also wont make any money as they pay their sales reps way under market. Its a very friendly office also, dress code doesn't exist at all. Im not exaggerating, you dont have to actually close deals to retain your job......I dont know how they will ever be a big boy. Not with the VP they have specifically for larger accounts. He is more worried in hiring or promoting his friends that have zero selling skills. How he has a job baffles me. I am not sure he would even be a manager somewhere else.

Cons

All of the above! culture, bad hires, directors and managers that have never managed before and bring no value to the team Working on fear doesn't work. Its the definition of madness, they keep repeating the same mistakes and then want to know why they cant sell a thing. Also because most of the sales reps were never properly tought. One silver lining is the SVP they have. He is truly amazing. But I am wondering how long that will last. If he goes I go for sure. Pros

Great office, catered lunch daily. Great benefits, 4 weeks PTO to start plus paid holidays, floating holidays, sick time. Culture is flexible, vibrants, friendly people.

Cons

Frequent changed and pivoting but senior leadership listens to employees which is good.

Pros

The people (some) Struggling to find more

Cons

Mimecast used to be a great place to work with good tech and strong values. The culture is toxic and incredibly unhealthy. They will promote you without an increase in pay. Recognition is a joke. The CEO is actively running the company into the ground. Sales leadership repeatedly meddles into and destroys sales opportunities and turns around to blame the sales team. The product is a mess with no strategy. only thing that's clear is the direction in which it is going, down.
