Business Outlook
Pros
Great coworkers, benefits, supportive environment. Company is growing fast and a lot of room for career growth, they mostly promote from within. Cold brew, wine and beer on tap. Standing desks are great!
Cons
Giant vents/fans everywhere in the new building that have the decibel level of a jet engine plane. Also most people are somewhat crammed like sardines in the open office layout, so there's a lot of noise and chatter from the people around you. Can be very distracting, at times not conducive to good work, but hopefully these are just growing pains
