Pros

Culture - In the workforce for around 8 years. Mimecast has the best culture, hands down. From the intense and welcoming induction month (yes it goes for a month), to the people.. Mimecast ticks all the boxes. Mimecast is a company that spends money on its employees. They occasionally hold events go out for drinks etc. Very sociable bunch, young and dynamic. Management - The management is excellent. You know how in your previous roles, you kind of know and feel who the manager/director is? Pretty hard to approach, you're probably wasting their time etc.. At Mimecast, it feels like everyone is on one level and they are so easily approachable. From my experience, my boss at Mimecast (Josh Pender) is the best boss I've ever had in my working career.

Cons

Nothing! The role did not fit my personality, coupled with major life issues - I had to resign. From my perspective, I would definitely apply for another role should the opportunity arise as I believe Mimecast the best company I've ever work at.

Pros

Great office, catered lunch daily. Great benefits, 4 weeks PTO to start plus paid holidays, floating holidays, sick time. Culture is flexible, vibrants, friendly people.

Cons

Frequent changed and pivoting but senior leadership listens to employees which is good.

Pros

The people (some) Struggling to find more

Cons

Mimecast used to be a great place to work with good tech and strong values. The culture is toxic and incredibly unhealthy. They will promote you without an increase in pay. Recognition is a joke. The CEO is actively running the company into the ground. Sales leadership repeatedly meddles into and destroys sales opportunities and turns around to blame the sales team. The product is a mess with no strategy. only thing that's clear is the direction in which it is going, down.
