Business Outlook
Pros
- Development teams are kinda "agile", and there's a will to improve on that side. - Flexible times, good work-life conciliation.
Cons
- The ego of some managers affect on how technical decisions are done, in several times were completely wrong. It's more about a matter of who puts the name on something and get the "recognition" rather than making correct decisions supported by the engineers, specially in UI teams. - Quality is not a main concern on some teams, technical debt is a mysterious term for a lot of front-end developers. - Slow reaction to solve team issues, ending in some cases on good developers going away from the company.
