Pros

-Good product -Benefits are average

Cons

-Company cares more about building their appearance on the outside rather than the inside, only cares about becoming the next big thing and doesn’t put any effort into caring about their employees -compare mimecast sales salaries to other companies, on average it’s about 30 almost 40% less, and on top of that they expect you to work longer hours (if you want to work your life away while getting paid pennies then this is 100% the perfect company for you) -terrible sales managers -all about politics -the only people given respect here are tenured employees, unless you’ve been there for 5+ years you’ll be given little to no respect and looked down upon constantly -no internal growth, whatever growth there is has nothing to do with performance and everything to do with politics, drink the cool-aid for a couple plus years and then maybe you can be considered for a promotion -tries to hide all of these cons with their “mimecast perks”, I would choose respect over free lunch any day IMO

Pros

Great office, catered lunch daily. Great benefits, 4 weeks PTO to start plus paid holidays, floating holidays, sick time. Culture is flexible, vibrants, friendly people.

Cons

Frequent changed and pivoting but senior leadership listens to employees which is good.

Pros

The people (some) Struggling to find more

Cons

Mimecast used to be a great place to work with good tech and strong values. The culture is toxic and incredibly unhealthy. They will promote you without an increase in pay. Recognition is a joke. The CEO is actively running the company into the ground. Sales leadership repeatedly meddles into and destroys sales opportunities and turns around to blame the sales team. The product is a mess with no strategy. only thing that's clear is the direction in which it is going, down.
