Product is solid, North America sales leader is great, free lunch.
Cons
-Sales reps that have been at the company for years are condescending are not welcoming to new employees -Tools and procedures are antiquated and choke the inside Sales teams -Many sales managers have been successful by default over the years and have minimal/poor managing skills to support their reps that leads to more attrition’s -Good people leave while some reps (channel) haven’t worked in years and are allowed to continue to work
