So much legacy bloat, people think just because they've been at mimecast a really long time they're experts on the world.
No career growth. No help in changing roles.
Tons of promotions of people who are not competent but were pushed up due to cronyism.
Company is super focused on meeting feel good metrics like diversity hires, which CAN be a good thing but not when we're hiring people who truly don't have the talent we need.
Mimecast touts all the perks like coffee, bagels, snacks and even a pool table. It's all very eye catching for a millennial but when you're a bit older and you're not being paid competitively or given fair raises by a company that is so profitable, these "perks" ring hollow.
