Pros
Good product, good support, decent and fun culture.
Cons
Compensation and benefits stagnate over time. Sales team is immature in that they can't identify what a viable opportunity looks like, lest run a consultative sales cycle. Sales team leans on engineering to establish value, create/manage all CRM documentation, and sell via a POC. SE leadership is functionally serving at the whim of sales, so there is no defense against finger pointing from the team that doesn't meet or even accept responsibility for their deliverables.
