Comp and benefits are good.
Cons
They talk a lot about culture and wellbeing but they don’t actually care. CEO tells employees he doesn’t care if they are burnt out, they’ll just replace them with people who aren’t. They talk about being a performance culture too but do nothing to support that other than threaten people with firing or layoffs if they don’t perform despite being under-resourced in people and budget. It’s not a matter of skill either, it’s about who it willing to sacrifice their health, family or social life for the company. They expect us to put our jobs above everything and want us to be cutthroat and go against each other. It’s every MAN for himself and a huge boys club.
