Pros
Used to be a great company. Good people. Nice offices.
Cons
Unequal pay, terrible pay rise percentages, lack of flexibility, mandated hybrid working (where has the grown up approach gone?), feel like you're a naughty school kid if you miss an office day, horrible environment to work in now. Poor benefits in particular for Women - very low maternity leave allowance with paternity leave apparently due to be increased which is great for the men of the company who make up the majority. No flexibility offered for mums returning to workforce. Lack of diversity (see above - how are you going to balance this out when you single out females to penalize?). Lots of buzzwords thrown around but ultimately the Company has lost its sense of caring for employees, which is a real shame.
