Working as a Technical Support Engineer at Mimecast was a great experience. I learned a lot about email security and cloud tech while working with a supportive, talented team. Every day brought new challenges and chances to grow.
Cons
The work could be quite fast-paced and demanding at times, especially during high-priority incidents. Balancing multiple clients' needs at once sometimes made it hard to disconnect at the end of the day.
