Ability to plan vacations without having to go through a painful approval process. Salary reviews every 3 months (notice that this is not salary raise every 3 months). Ability to choose what's in the refrigerator or other snacks. Great support for parents (medical insurance and other perks). Ability to work from home or other place than the office when one needs to take care of personal things that in other companies would require a vacation day or even to have a painful justification with the proverbial "boss".
