Pros
It's a cool company to work for, they have a variety of big clients and the projects are usually using good tech stack. I have learned a lot from technical and non-technical point of view. You can get involved in many different areas within the company. Meetups, conferences, recruitment and many more. It's nice to step away from daily work tasks and do something different. Snacks, beers and nice coffee. And also people you get to work with.
Cons
It's an open space, it's uncomfortable working with so many people around. You might not always get a choice with what stack you get to work with, as it all depends on the client. Some workshops in my opinion are a total waste of time. For example 'Lemon Works' where we have to list problems within Mindera and then fix it ourselves, last time I attended nothing was done from the list.
