Flexible hours for me meant that I would still be working past 8 pm. Unlimited vacation days is great advertisement, but meaningless if you can never actually take those days off. Flat hierarchy is a joke, there are still managers and people in charge of projects (obviously). Unfortunately, some of those people have no idea what they're doing. Unfair comparisons between employees, and poor pay compared to other companies.
