For the past 10 months I have been working at MTG. In transitioning to a new career, I was worried about where I might find a place, but I have found that MTG has been very interested in its employee's professional development. I genuinely feel that MTG values its employees and seeks to find the best positions within the company for them where they will grow and develop professionally. It is a place where hard work and commitment are recognized. My experience has been that management takes an interest in employees as people and is flexible and accommodating towards their life situations in terms of work schedule. I work with people with a great sense of humor and lots of energy. We often enjoy social gatherings and team building.
Cons
Insurance programs are labyrinthine and can be frustrating to deal with.
