Pros
* Willing and able to manage the business side of private practice work, including insurance, billing and otherwise. * Percentage of pay given to clinicians (65%) is a good rate.
Cons
* The cost of being employed is expensive--they ask for a monthly licensing fee of $350 and charge $40/week for 6 hours of office time. * Only after you pay for supervision (the cost varies depending on the supervisor chosen) do they panel you with additional insurance providers. If you choose not to accept supervision from their company, they only panel you with Primera. * They require you to pay yearly fees for both a business license ($300) and liability insurance ($600). * It takes anywhere between a month to a month and a half to onboard (which is normal), however, they do not provide paid training.
