Pros
You get to meet a lot of friendly people and providers. Honestly, the staff and providers kept me here for as long as I stayed.. which was too long.
Cons
Front desk, leads, assistant managers, basically if you are not loved/liked or a favorite of the CEO 's (DEREK AND JESSICA CRAIN.) You are not getting paid well. On top of that, they are growing so fast as a company and focusing on opening more locations, but they are not taking the time to FOCUS and invest in their employees and taking the time to ensure their Providers are being taken care of. Staff turn over rate is ridiculous. They are currently at a 500% turn over rate for staff. The work environment here is so toxic, its not even funny. They ask for transparency but when you give it, they use it against you and make it sound like its just you and completely throw out what you told them. If you are not bought in with the company, they will manage you out or straight up just fire you. They lost a lot of good employees due to their crappy management. They are constantly creating new positions instead of ensuring there is structure and processes for front desk, leads and other employees. They do not take the time to train their staff, when staff creates too many errors, they are changing the process instead of actually training the staff, and along with that, staff gets in trouble. There are 3 staff members who have been with the company 8+ years - THEY ARE MANAGEMENT, plus the owners of the company. Labor and Industries cannot do a thing about this toxic work environment due to the standard procedure for employees having to go to their HR department to make a complaint. HR is just as bad and will use your own words against you and manipulate you. If you are wanting to protect your mental health, do not work here. Which is crazy because they are a mental health group.
