Pros
I've worked in a lot of start-ups and young companies in my life and I have never really had an experience like the one I've had working here. Specifically, I've never worked somewhere that when management says "we've got your back" or "we will support your choices" and have had everyone really mean it. The environment is supportive, helpful, and honest with a strong culture of forwardness and self-compassion. I've learned things here that have helped me grow as a independent business owner (small though it may be) and as a person in general. The culture is built with a strong sense of loyalty and trust as well as transparency and honesty.
Cons
This is a place I could talk about for hours and never have a mean thing to say. No cons come to mind!
