A company with high expectations and high reward - Office Administrator Mindful Therapy Group Employee Review

This has been one of the more ideal offices I have worked in during my 6+ years of administrative work. There is a sense that the people in the office are part of a community, not simply coworkers. There is no office drama, and I believe that comes from a culture of transparency that is encouraged by the staff. When conflicts arise individuals are encouraged to approach them directly and respectfully. This openness to conflict and respect of healthy boundaries keeps passive-agressive drama to a minimum and creates a feeling of trust amongst the contracted therapists and the employees. This has also been the first office where I have felt that my potential as an employee has been valued and cultivated. I feel like the management see beyond my current position, and they make an effort to encourage me and to teach me how to become more. I have a very real sense that I am trusted, respected, and that my growth as an employee and an individual are valued by my employers. That said, the expectations that I give my very best are high, but they are high because there is a belief that I can grow and become more capable than I am now. Because of this I feel very motived to give my all at work.
