Pros
Walking into an organization that has already achieved success in the areas I found prohibitive has been just a huge relief. Having expert guidance and management of billing, marketing, scheduling, office space and insurance paneling, plus professional administrative staff to greet and help clients; this is delightful and worth each and every penny of commissions.
Cons
It seems as if there has been a lot of changes in a short period of time, with this, there is the trepidation of learning, finding ones place. I see the administrative staff working through personal issues of how to manage, how to cope, how to find their own place in the system. Its not really a negative, its more of a just is. With all the new people, we are all still trying to find out how to work together.
