Pros
The people you meet there are all pretty incredible and are passionate about mental health. Lots of growth opportunities. A few really great managers/leaders.
Cons
Things are very hectic most of the time because of understaffing and management's lack of presence in the work day at times. You're underpaid to learn and perform what feels like 5 different jobs at once. After you become a lead, you get a super meager raise and are expected to do all of that while leading/training newer PSS (sometimes traveling to other locations to do it). Feels like you're managing them instead of management. When you bring up issues, management expects you to figure out the solutions and gaslight you regularly. They want you to be open and vulnerable while not doing right by you and even using what you say against you so they can fire you/quiet fire you.
