      - technology driven - complete end to end product services - Used to have loyal and dedicated resource pool

      Cons

      - Due to senior management politics, lost focus towards winning and retaining customers & projects - Board of directors/CEOs/Senior leaders are not bothered in analyzing the problems at levels down to them in order to resolve issues and revive growth. - Management not bothered about retaining good and loyal employees
