Pros
The work environment is good for people who just want "a job", cause it's closed and restricted, so if you're too good to adhere to that, you will just do fine. Also, people may or may not be stressed depending on your project timeline.
Cons
Management is not that good, the environment is too close to grow in terms of open source learning. You will be entitled to certain assets and you can't expect it to grow in any form. As they say, what you see is not necessarily true, so careful what you wish for.
