Pros

1. A few good people whom you cherish to work with. 2. Gifts, sweets, and annual day celebrations. 3. Access is not restricted to any level. 4. In the business for many years.

Cons

1. Constantly changing management. 2. Less focus of core business. 3. Experiment everything less outcome. 4. Use and throw people never learning. 5. Poor salary increments. 6. Lack of competent people qualified at top level handling critical projects. 7. Weak HR team generally non supportive to employees. 8. Rapid movement from company project to client project. 9. Vision mission not clear with less focus on sales and marketing and more on finance. 10. Passive cells are there who gets active while non desired people comes in the management. 11. Lack of collective work to attain common objective, rather fighting in between while being friendly outside. 12. Lack of transparency in the increment process and personal favouritism. 13. Follows outdated project models and less focus on new technologies. 14. Adaptability to growing business demands and studies are not done properly. 15. Marketing and presales process needs lot of improvement.

Many thanks for your post. Among other things, it was good to read that you valued some relationships with fellow Mindteckers during your tenure. We hope that you will keep in touch with them even though you’ve moved on. Overall, your 18 points seem to reflect that you were either unsatisfied or concerned with the way in which the company is run. For your information, the increment process is always competitive with the market and dependent upon many factors, including current role, performance rating, relevant years of experience, competency level and potential for advancement. While we realise that change in processes, systems, people and more can oftentimes be unsettling, it is a growth imperative nonetheless for companies the world over. Perhaps you were disillusioned with the way some of the change initiatives were executed? If so, it would be helpful to know. Once again, thank you for taking the time to post. Hi, We are happy to acknowledge a very enduring tenure with us.As far as increments go, these are dependent on multiple factors, including role, performance and market competitiveness. We are also equally vigilant towards retaining our top talents through various initiatives and by acknowledging the current level of performance, future potential and available of roles.
