Many thanks for your post. Among other things, it was good to read that you valued some relationships with fellow Mindteckers during your tenure. We hope that you will keep in touch with them even though you’ve moved on. Overall, your 18 points seem to reflect that you were either unsatisfied or concerned with the way in which the company is run. Even though some of the points are unclear, we appreciate how you took the time to express your opinions and very much hope that while you were still employed with us you took the opportunity to discuss some or all of your thinking with your manager or an HR Business Partner. For your information, the increment process is always competitive with the market and dependent upon many factors, including current role, performance rating, relevant years of experience, competency level and potential for advancement. While we realise that change in processes, systems, people and more can oftentimes be unsettling, it is a growth imperative nonetheless for companies the world over. Perhaps you were disillusioned with the way some of the change initiatives were executed? If so, it would be helpful to know.
