      Pros

      As it's not a very big company you get to know almost everyone there.

      Cons

      Management is very bad and involves a lot of office politics. Your managers and HRs are least concerned of any of your raised concerns. They just turn a blind eye to it. Their only concern is to please their clients without paying any heed to their own employees.

      They have great clients. Got to work with external client teams and lot of room for learning.
