Hi there, ex-Mindtecker! It is particularly gratifying to read reviews from long-tenured former employees, so thank you for taking out time to write one. While I’m pleased to read about your pros, I’m disappointed to read your concerns. As an Employees-First company, we respect Mindteckers’ time and life priorities, so it is indeed alarming to read that you experienced no work-life balance. On occasion, we recognise that there may be times when some employees need to fulfil crucial project or client demands. If this occurred frequently for you, please do us a favour and reach out to Sreeja at mindtecklistens@mindteck.com so that we can ensure this does not happen for any employee in the future.
As far as increments are concerned, please know that these are dependent on multiple factors, including role, performance and market competitiveness. If you happened to have been an employee during this year’s appraisal cycle, you may have been impacted by a delay in the process due to pandemic-related challenges. Though we did manage to make increments retroactive, we sincerely apologise if the delay was unsettling.
