As an Employees-First company, we respect Mindteckers’ time and life priorities, so it is indeed alarming to read that you experienced no work-life balance. On occasion, we recognise that there may be times when some employees need to fulfil crucial project or client demands. As far as increments are concerned, please know that these are dependent on multiple factors, including role, performance and market competitiveness. If you happened to have been an employee during this year’s appraisal cycle, you may have been impacted by a delay in the process due to pandemic-related challenges. Though we did manage to make increments retroactive, we sincerely apologise if the delay was unsettling. I hope that you found a new role that is exciting and fruitful.
